Nachos are one of nature’s greatest creations, they have so much cheesy goodness in each bite! Enjoy these nachos with your bro's or all by yourself, no judgment here!

  • 1 pack Beefless Ground Round Impossible Meat is our favourite
  • 1 bag Tortilla Chips
  • 1 Jalapeno diced
  • ½ cup Green Olives sliced
  • 2 cups Cheeze Shreds Violife is best
  • 1 cup Tomatoes diced
  • ½ cup Chunky Salsa
  • ½ cup Vegan Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Guacamole
  • 4 Green Onions chopped


  • Start by cooking ground round in a pan and set aside
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • Lay down parchment paper on a cookie sheet
  • Put down one layer of chips, enough to cover the sheet but not stacked on top of each other
  • Add half your ingredients except salsa, sour cream, and guac on top of the chips.
  • Add another layer of chips on top of that.
  • Add the other half your dry ingredients on top
  • Place the nachos on the middle rack of your oven. Bake for 15 min, checking occasionally to ensure they’re not burning.
  • Remove from the oven, add a scoop of sour cream, guacamole and salsa in the middle on top.

  • Jalapenos are very spicy so use sparingly!
