  • 2 Russet Potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt

  • Start by rinsing your potatoes to get all the dirt off. Next use your fork to puncture the potatoes all over to allow steam to be released. Pour some olive oil into your hand and rub the potatoes so that they're covered. Place the potatoes in the Ninja Foodi and sprinkle some salt on top.
  • Turn the Ninja Foodi on at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
  • To check the readiness of potatoes stab a knife through the centre of one. The knife should go in smoothly and the potato skin should be crispy.
  • Add your favorite ingredients and enjoy!

Pups Notes

  • Depending on the size of your potato you may need less/more time in the air fryer. 40 minutes is good for a medium sized russet potato, for a smaller potato you may only need 30-35 minutes and a larger potato may need 50-55 minutes. To check the readiness of the potatoes stab a knife through the center, it should glide easily through with little resistance.
