This vegan cilantro lime crema is ready in minutes, and it's so tasty. You're going to be putting it on everything!

  • 1 Lime
  • 1 cup Vegan Sour Cream we used Tofutti
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro optional
  • 1 clove Garlic minced


  • Squeeze the juice of 1 lime into a bowl. (Approx. 2 tbsp)
  • Add 1 cup of sour cream, 1 minced garlic clove, 2 tablespoon cilantro and ¼ teaspoon of salt into the bowl and stir together.
  • *optional* zest some of the lime on top of the sauce.
  • Serve the sauce immediately or store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
